DNA Polyominoes is a fabrication schema that utilises the heterogenous domino shapes comprising of monomino, tromino and tetrominoes to construct supramolecular structures. Using the geometry of polyominoes, our basic building blocks are comprised of T, W (reverse T), B, I, L, V (reverse L), E (flipped L) and F (flipped V). The server generates DNA sequences for constructing a 4 x 4 DNA rectangle using the following combination - ITBL, BEWI, FBWI, TIVB, and EFLV.
